WEIGHT LOSS PROGRESS:
I am not comfortable exposing the number on here, however, I'm just getting back into eating right and exercising again.
Compared to around November 2011, I have lost 2 kgs/4.4lbs. This is mainly due to my lack of consistency!

Current Goals:
Lose 14 kgs/30.8 lbs in the next 4 months.
This gives me around a kg of weightloss a week to aim for, for the next 16 weeks.
